Arno is the founder and original creator of David in 1981. Arno has a degree in economics from the Helsinki School of Economics. Since selling off David in 1997, Arno worked as a management consultant for his London based consulting company.

After re-acquiring David in the summer of 2008, Arno participated first in his role as a chairman, but since September 2010, he has been the CEO of David.

Lauri is a medical doctor and has studied economics in the Tampere University. Lauri is in charge of the company’s diverse marketing and development functions especially in IT-related matters.

Lauri is also the main owner and chairman of the board of Adalia Oy, a sister company for David in the development of the EVE – system.

Elina Ibounig (née Parviainen) has a Master’s degree in economics from the Helsinki School of Economics with part of the studies undertaken at the London School of Economics. Elina works currently at one of the major global management consulting companies as a consultant. As a board member, Elina has an active role in strategic matters of David.

Raimo is a long time veteran in the David company. He has previously worked for 15 for David until his departure in 2001 for other challenges. The company is fortunate to have Raimo back as the factory director since January 2012.

Jaakko has an engineering degree at the North-Karelia polytechnic. He has worked in development projects at several companies before joining David in 2002. Jaakko is responsible for the technical development of existing and new products and quality control of EVE –related products.

Kornelia Hauser has been involved with David in Germany for close to eight years. She is responsible for customer relations, shipment and installations and general management of the David German office.

Dan Rice has a BA Honours degree from Southampton Solent University and is based in the UK office. Dan joined the company in April 2009. He is responsible for international sales and export activities for developing markets in Asia, Europe and North America.

Kevin graduated from Beijing Sport University with the major of Sports Medicine and he has been studying international business administration in top business schools in Europe and China including ESCP-EUROPE in Paris and China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. Kevin has been working with the promotion of David’s product and concepts in China since the May of 2004 and he has been based in the headquarters in Helsinki for half a year in 2009.
